Armstrong Atlantic, <i>Inkwell</i> settle lawsuit over funding cut

The Inkwell, the student newspaper atArmstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Ga., will not have to operateon a budget abridged by the Student Government Association after its lawsuitalleging First Amendment retaliation was settled out of court.

Editor in Georgia plans lawsuit over cuts to student paper's budget

The editor in chief of Armstrong Atlantic StateUniversity's student paper said she is planning to file a lawsuit against thepresident of the university and the Student Government Association for cuttingthe paper's 2008-09 budget, allegedly based on complaints about the paper'scontent.
