Madeline Will

Madeline Will joined the Student Press Law Center as publications fellow in June 2015. She reports and edits stories on administrative censorship and other issues affecting student journalism. She also directs social media for the SPLC and New Voices state campaigns.

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014, where she studied journalism and political science. She spent most of her time in college in the Daily Tar Heel newsroom, as a reporter and ultimately the state and national editor. Previously, she held internships at The Chronicle of Higher Education in Washington, D.C., Education Week in Bethesda, Md., Reuters in New York, NY, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Little Rock, Ark., and the Charlotte Observer in Charlotte, NC.
