The oral arguments in the Hosty v. Carter case,involving censorship of the student newspaper at Governors State University,have been rescheduled by the court.
The U.S. Seventh Circuit Court ofAppeals will hear arguments on Jan. 7, 2003, at 10 a.m. at the federal courthouse in Chicago.
