School board remorseful after censorsing biting student editorial

A school board apologized Monday for halting distribution ofthe student newspaper at Huntley High School and gave students the OK to passout the paper, which contained an editorial critical of a school boardmember.

A quick scan through profiles on MySpace.com reveals some high school students baring skin and proudly displaying alcohol bottles. But broadcasting such profiles at school as part of a student-produced news segment about the dangers of Myspace caused a journalism teacher to get reprimanded.
